How long before my delivery is classed as lost?

If your parcel hasn't had an updated tracking scan in 4 days, it’s considered lost in transit, and you can make a claim.

What happens if my parcel is stolen / if it says delivered but I haven’t received it?

You can file your claim as usual using the link below. Guide will review and process your claim for you. If you're in the US, please use the US claim link, and if you're in Canada, please use the Canada claim link.

How long do I have to file a claim?

30 – 45 days, depending on the claim type. This is from the ship date of the order.
