If you're streaming audio to your Sleepbuds®, you adjust the volume using your phone's volume controls. 

However, if you're listening to OZLO's built-in masking sounds, you'll need to use the OZLO Sleep App to adjust the volume. You can do this on the Sleepbuds page or the Masking Sound page of the OZLO Sleep App.
