Sleepbuds® won't pair to a new device/phoneUpdated a month ago
If your Sleepbuds® won't pair to a new device, you'll need to clear the Bluetooth® pairing list by following the troubleshooting steps below.
1. Connect the Sleepbuds to a computer using a USB cable, open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, and go to http://update.ozlosleep.com.
2: Open the Smart Charging Case.
3: Tap 'Connect Sleepbuds'.
4: Select the product from the pop-up screen and tap 'Connect'.
5. Use the control panel and click on "Clear Pairing List"
6. Clear the Sleepbuds from any phones that had previously paired with the device
