Sleepbuds® won't connect to the caseUpdated a month ago

In some cases, the Ozlo Sleepbuds might lose their connection to the Ozlo Smart Charging Case. To check if they have, open your case while the buds are docked and check the two long Sleepbuds LEDs.

If they are blinking twice rapidly for more than 3 minutes, try removing the buds from the case and placing them back inside.

If the above action doesn't cause the Sleepbuds to quickly connect, this is likely because the Sleepbuds need to be reset. This video will show you how to do that or you may follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Important: If the Ozlo Sleepbuds lose connection during a firmware update, do not perform these debugging steps unless directly prompted to do so by a Support agent. Multiple disconnections are an intended part of the update process.

1. Open the Smart Charging Case and remove the Sleepbuds.

2. Remove the Ear tips from both Sleepbuds.

3. With the Ear tips off, rotate the buds 180° with the Sleepbuds nozzle facing toward the top of the case.

4. Place and hold for two seconds the two round contacts on the Sleepbuds to the pins on the Smart Charging Case making sure the magnets do not touch the charging case pins. This will force the Sleepbuds to reboot and connect to the Smart Charging Case.

5. Place the ear tips back on the Sleepbuds and place them in their normal position.

6. Close the Smart Charging Case and open it again.

7. Check the long Sleepbud LEDs. They will double-blink rapidly for 5 to 7 seconds and then go to a slower pulsing rate.

8. If they continue to blink rapidly after 1 minute, try the above troubleshooting steps again making sure the magnets do not touch.
