Please follow the steps below to help resolve issues when you cannot see Sleep Data:

1. Make sure Sleep Patterns are enabled within the Sleep tab

  • Connect your Sleepbuds
  • Log in or create an account
  • Go to the top right cog button on the Sleep tab and tap it
  • Enable Sleep Patterns at the top

2. Make sure you're logged in to your Ozlo account

  • If you have not created an Ozlo account, create one in the Sleep tab.
  • If you know you already have data, pull down on the main Sleep tab to refresh
  • If this happens directly after update:
    • Connect using the app and toggle off sleep data and toggle it back on. From then on it should work normally
