No AudioUpdated 2 months ago
If you're not hearing any sound from your Sleepbuds®, please try the following steps. We recommend you go through these options in order. Often the first item will resolve the issue, if it doesn't, continue to the next one, etc.
1. Check the source of the audio or sound.
1.1 If you're steaming audio from an app (ex Spotify, YouTube, etc), increase the volume using your phone volume controls. You may also try streaming from a different streaming app or try the built-in masking sounds if there is a difference.
1.2 If you're listening to the built-in masking sounds, increase the volume of the current Masking sound. You can perform this on the Sleepbuds page or the Masking Sound page of the OZLO Sleep App.
2. Place the Sleepbuds in the Smart Charging Case and check the Sleepbuds charging lights. Fully charge the Sleepbuds.
3. Clear any debris or wax buildup from the ear tips and Sleepbuds nozzles. Clean only with a dry, soft cotton swab or equivalent. Never insert any cleaning tools into the nozzle. You may also check this article about Cleaning your Sleepbuds.
4. Make sure that you're placing the Sleepbuds in your ears correctly. This video will show you how to Get the Proper Ozlo Sleepbuds Fit or you may follow the steps below.
Insert the left Sleepbud into the left tip and the right Sleepbud into the right tip. Each Sleepbud® and ear tip is marked with either an L or an R.
Remember to rotate the Sleepbud back and press the tip wing to tuck it underneath your ear ridge.
The silicone tip should be deep enough in your ear to create a seal but not so deep that it feels uncomfortable.
To check if your current ear tip size is right for you, use a mirror or ask a friend to compare your fit to the size guide below. The tip wing should fit securely under your ear ridge without being compressed.
5. Connect a different device.
6. Reboot your Smart Charging Case by simply closing the lid with your Sleepbuds inside and waiting 30 seconds.
