Getting your Ozlo Sleepbuds connected to your phone or tablet is easy and essential for enjoying all the features they offer. Whether you’re pairing them for the first time or reconnecting after a reset, we’ve got step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process.
Follow this article to learn how to quickly pair your Sleepbuds with your device and start experiencing better sleep right away!
1. Charge Your Sleepbuds®
- Before pairing, make sure your Sleepbuds® are fully charged by placing them in the Smart Case. Check that the case lights indicate charging is complete.
2. Enable Bluetooth® on Your Device
- Go to Settings on your phone or tablet and ensure Bluetooth® is turned on. The Sleepbuds rely on Bluetooth® to connect.
3. Open the Ozlo App
- Download and install the Ozlo Sleep App from the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS), if you haven’t already.
- Once installed, open the app. If you didn't turn on Bluetooth® from Step 2, you'll also be prompted that you need to enable Bluetooth® to continue.
4. Start the Pairing Process
- Inside the Ozlo App, tap on "Pair New Device" or follow the on-screen instructions if you’re setting it up for the first time.
- Make sure your Sleepbuds® are in the Smart Case with the lid open during this step.
5. Connect Your Sleepbuds®
- Slide the lid open and leave the Sleepbuds® in the case while connecting. Ensure that your case is 10ft (3m) from your phone.
5. Select Your Sleepbuds®
- The app should detect your Sleepbuds® and display them as an available device. Click "Connect"
6. Confirm Pairing
- After selecting the Sleepbuds® , the app will guide you through a confirmation process. You may need to tap "Pair" or "Allow" if prompted by your phone/tablet’s Bluetooth® settings.
7. Pairing Complete
- Once paired, the app will show a confirmation message, and your Sleepbuds® will be ready to use! You can now control settings and updates through the Ozlo Sleep App.
