How to clear the Bluetooth® Pairing ListUpdated 3 months ago

If you're having trouble connecting your OZLO Sleepbuds or want to reset your connections, clearing the Bluetooth® pairing list can help. This process will remove all previously paired devices from the Sleepbuds, allowing you to start fresh with a new pairing.

Follow this guide to clear the Bluetooth® pairing list on your OZLO Sleepbuds and resolve connection issues you might be experiencing!


1. Triple-tap the Smart Charging case to clear its pairing list. 

The Smart Charging Case must be on a solid surface and the taps must be quick and firm to register properly. You will know the pairing list has been cleared if 3 LEDs are blinking. 

2. Forget the Sleepbuds® Bluetooth® connection by looking at your device’s Bluetooth® list. If you see the Sleepbuds® in the list, choose it and tap on the option to forget them. 


You may also clear the Bluetooth® pairing list using your computer by following these steps:

1. Connect the Sleep Buds to your computer using a USB cable and open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and go to http://update.ozlosleep.com.

2: Open the Smart Charging Case.

3: Tap 'Connect Sleepbuds'.

4: Select your Sleepbuds from the pop-up screen and click 'Connect'.

5. Use the control panel and click on "Clear Pairing List"
