Unable to login to the OZLO Sleep AppUpdated 3 months ago
We currently don't require a login for users to access the Ozlo Sleep App but If you're having trouble logging in, please try the following steps. We recommend you go through these options in order. Often the first item will resolve the issue, if it doesn't, continue to the next one, etc.
1. Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure you are connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network. A weak or intermittent connection might prevent successful login.
2. Ensure that you have created your OZLO account.
You can either sign up for an account using your email or sign in using your existing Google account or Apple ID.
2.1 If you choose to create an account using your email, your username will be your email address and you will be asked to create your password which should comprise at least 1 capital letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.
2.2 If you choose to sign in either using your Google account or Apple ID, you'll be redirected to the respective account login page and you just need to log in using your existing account details.
3. Verify your login Credentials
Double-check that you're entering the correct username, email, and password. Pay attention to case sensitivity and ensure there are no extra spaces or typos.
4. Reset your password
If you're unsure of your password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen to reset it. (For logins using email only).
If you're logging in using your Google or Apple ID and you're unsure of your password, you may need to reach out to their customer support for assistance in resetting your password.
5. Update the App
Check if an update is available for the OZLO Sleep App. Sometimes, bugs or glitches are fixed in newer versions of the app. Visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to check if an update is needed.
6. Uninstall and Reinstall the App
If you're still unable to log in after resetting your password and updating the OZLO Sleep App, try uninstalling and reinstalling it and check if you'll be able to log in afterward.
